• Only products purchased directly from Athravgems are eligible.

How to Return

• Contact us at info@athravgems.com within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
• Provide your order number and reason for the return.
• Ship the item back to us at the provided return address.

Refunds and Exchanges

• Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected.
• Exchanges will be sent once the returned item is received and approved.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept returns on products that have been customized or altered, or on items damaged due to misuse.
