Processing & Dispatch

Shipping Costs
  • India: Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹2,000. COD (where available) may attract a nominal fee.
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
  • Duties & Taxes: For international orders, import duties/VAT/customs are payable by the buyer.
Order Tracking
  • You’ll receive email/SMS with a tracking link once the order ships.
  • Track live status on the courier’s website using the provided ID.
Delivery Guidelines
  • Accurate Address: Ensure complete and correct shipping details; delays/losses from incorrect addresses are not our liability.
  • No PO Boxes/Public Places: Delivery only to residential/business addresses (no PO Boxes, hotels, malls, etc.).
  • ID Verification: Signature and ID may be required for high-value orders. If you’re unavailable, an authorized recipient may sign.
  • Delivery Attempts: Couriers may attempt delivery up to three times; undelivered parcels may be returned and re-shipping fees may apply.
Handling Delays

While we strive to meet timelines, deliveries can be impacted by Force Majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, government actions, transport disruptions, customs delays). We’ll notify you promptly and provide updated ETAs. Such delays don’t constitute a breach.

Non-Delivery & Returns
  • Missed Delivery: If your package isn’t delivered within the expected window, contact us within 30 days of purchase for assistance.
  • Damaged/Tampered Parcels: If the package appears tampered or damaged, kindly refuse delivery and contact us immediately with details.
